About Bag Chasers Laundry Co.Twenty years
of other people’s laundry.

Hi, I am Michael, founder of Bag Chasers Laundry Co. For me, Bag Chasers is not my first introduction to the laundry business. It is the next chapter of a journey that started more than 20 years ago.

In Los Angeles, I built and operated NoPoopStains.com, a laundry business that grew from an idea into a successful company I was fortunate enough to run for more than two decades.

More than 20 years in this business taught me a lot about laundry, but even more about people.

I learned that customers are not simply paying someone to wash their clothes. They are trusting you with their belongings, inviting your company into their homes, and counting on you to make one part of their lives easier. That trust has to be earned every single time.

After eventually selling my previous company and starting a new chapter of life here in Georgia, I knew that if I ever returned to the laundry business, I wanted to take everything I had learned and build something even better.

That became Bag Chasers Laundry Co.

As a husband, father, and business owner, I understand how quickly life fills up. Between careers, kids, businesses, appointments, practices, errands, and everything in between, there never seems to be enough time.

And yet. The laundry keeps coming.

I created Bag Chasers around a simple idea: give people some of that time back.

But the name Bag Chasers represents something bigger to me, too.

We are all chasing something. A career. A business. More time with our kids. A goal. A dream. Maybe it is simply a little more freedom to enjoy the life we are working so hard to build.

Whatever your bag is, I believe your time is better spent chasing that than chasing another load of laundry.

After more than 20 years in this industry, I am excited to bring that experience, attention to detail, and commitment to service to families throughout our community.

That is why our motto is simple:

You Chase The Bag. We Handle The Laundry.

The standard

Folded by hand. Every order.

Nothing here goes through an automatic folder, and no two households' laundry is ever run in the same machine to fill a drum. It is slower. It is the job.

What we mean by it

Four things, every order

01

Washed on its own

Yours runs start to finish in its own machine. It is never combined with another household to fill a drum, which is the shortcut that makes per-pound laundry cheap and is the one we do not take.

02

Folded by hand

By hand, and bagged so it goes straight into a drawer rather than back onto the bed. Nothing here goes through an automatic folder. It is slower. It is the job.

03

On time, or it is not a service

Three windows a day, 6–9am, 9am–12pm or 12–3pm, and a call or a text when the driver is en route. A window you cannot rely on is not a window, it is a hope.

04

Your clothes, treated like ours

Dry-clean-only labels get pulled, not gambled. Stains you flag get pre-treated before a dryer can set them permanently. When something cannot be washed, you hear it from us before delivery, not after.

Why the price works the way it does

Weighed at your door, approved before charged

The single most common complaint about per-pound laundry is the gap between the quote and the card. You hand over a bag, you get a number back later, and there is nothing to check it against.

So we do it the other way round. Your bag is weighed on a certified scale in the van, at your door. You get the weight and the total by call or text. You approve it. Then, and only then, is a card charged. If the number is wrong, it is wrong before you have paid it, which is the only point at which being wrong is fixable.
