Four of them have a page of their own, written from the ZIPs we actually run there rather than the same page with the town name swapped. The rest are on exactly the same route, at exactly the same rates. Check your ZIP and it will say so.

30518 is Buford and Sugar Hill
The 30518 ZIP is split: roughly 29% Buford, 21% Sugar Hill, the rest unincorporated. Plenty of ZIP checkers return only the primary city name and tell a Sugar Hill resident they live in Buford. Ours names both, because being told the wrong town reads as "they don't actually run here." We do.
The route grows by demand
If your ZIP comes back as not covered, tell us anyway. New stops get added where the requests cluster, and the towns already on this list got here the same way.
Same van, same rate,
every town on the list.
There is no delivery fee, no fuel surcharge and no distance charge anywhere on the route. A pickup at the far end of it costs exactly what a pickup next door costs.
Service area questions
What areas do you serve?
Bag Chasers serves twelve towns across Gwinnett County and its edges: Lawrenceville, Dacula, Snellville, Duluth, Buford, Lilburn, Norcross, Suwanee, Peachtree Corners, Sugar Hill, Grayson and Loganville. That covers 18 ZIP codes, from 30017 in the south to 30024 in the north. Loganville sits partly outside Gwinnett; our route is drawn by road, not by county line.
How do I know if you serve my address?
Enter your ZIP code in the checker on any page and it answers immediately. If your ZIP is on the route it tells you which town it belongs to; if it is not, nothing is booked and nothing is charged.
What are your hours?
Pickups and deliveries run Monday to Friday, 6am to 3pm, in three windows: 6–9am, 9am–12pm and 12–3pm. Saturday is a half day: we are open 8am to 12pm, and the van runs one pickup and delivery window, 9am to 12pm. You pick the one that suits when you book. Calls, texts and emails are answered later than that on weekdays, until 6pm.
Can I set up a recurring weekly pickup?
Yes. Pick the same day and window each week and the route holds it without you rebooking. We text you before each pickup so nothing goes out unconfirmed: reply to confirm it, move it, or skip that week, at no charge.
How far in advance should I book?
By the evening before is enough, for the standard turnaround and for next-day delivery alike. Weekend slots fill first, so for a Friday or Saturday pickup two to three days ahead is safer.
Do you serve apartments and gated communities?
Yes. Leave the bag at your unit door and put the gate code, building and unit number in the special instructions. Where a building requires it, we collect from and deliver to the leasing office or concierge instead.
Put the bag down.
Two minutes to book. We call or text to confirm. Nothing is charged until your bag is weighed.
