Laundry is a weekly problem, not a one-off one
The households that get the most out of this service are the ones who stop treating laundry as an occasional rescue. A recurring pickup means the pile never becomes a project, and the 2-business-day turnaround feels effortless because the next bag is already filling while the current one is out.
Suwanee and Lawrenceville have the most recurring pickups on our route. Both have plenty of busy, two-income households with school-age children, exactly the kind of households where laundry piles up quickly and becomes a never-ending weekly chore.

You pay the same published per-pound rate, with the same 30 lb minimum, and approve the final price after your laundry is weighed. There is no recurring-customer surcharge, no subscription fee and no lock-in.

One rate, everything included. Pickup and delivery, and a 30 lb minimum. All three detergents, standard, hypoallergenic and baby, with no upcharge. Comforters and bulky items are priced per item from $25 and are never weighed.
A recurring pickup is billed at the same $2.09 a pound as everyone else. There is no contract rate to negotiate and no loyalty tier to climb. If the bag goes out every week, the Back in 2 days turnaround costs you nothing in practice: the next one is already filling.

What areas do you serve?
Bag Chasers serves twelve towns across Gwinnett County and its edges: Lawrenceville, Dacula, Snellville, Duluth, Buford, Lilburn, Norcross, Suwanee, Peachtree Corners, Sugar Hill, Grayson and Loganville. That covers 18 ZIP codes, from 30017 in the south to 30024 in the north. Loganville sits partly outside Gwinnett; our route is drawn by road, not by county line.
How do I know if you serve my address?
Enter your ZIP code in the checker on any page and it answers immediately. If your ZIP is on the route it tells you which town it belongs to; if it is not, nothing is booked and nothing is charged.
What are your hours?
Pickups and deliveries run Monday to Friday, 6am to 3pm, in three windows: 6–9am, 9am–12pm and 12–3pm. Saturday is a half day: we are open 8am to 12pm, and the van runs one pickup and delivery window, 9am to 12pm. You pick the one that suits when you book. Calls, texts and emails are answered later than that on weekdays, until 6pm.
Can I set up a recurring weekly pickup?
Yes. Pick the same day and window each week and the route holds it without you rebooking. We text you before each pickup so nothing goes out unconfirmed: reply to confirm it, move it, or skip that week, at no charge.
How far in advance should I book?
By the evening before is enough, for the standard turnaround and for next-day delivery alike. Weekend slots fill first, so for a Friday or Saturday pickup two to three days ahead is safer.
