What we aim for

This site targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA. It has not been through a formal third-party audit, so this is a statement of intent and current practice rather than a certification.

What is built in

• Every page works without JavaScript. All prices, service details and contact information are in the HTML.
• Full keyboard navigation with a visible focus ring and a skip-to-content link.
• Semantic headings, landmarks and labeled form controls throughout.
• FAQ accordions built on native <details>, so they open and close with no script.
• prefers-reduced-motion is honoured, so animation and smooth scrolling switch off.
• Text resizes to 200% without loss of content, and the layout reflows to a single column.
• Images that carry meaning have alt text; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.

Known gaps

The booking and quote forms are not yet connected to a backend and say so on screen. No formal audit has been carried out. Some gold-on-dark text is close to, rather than comfortably above, the AA contrast threshold at small sizes.
