Wash & fold
Your everyday laundry made easy. Clothes, towels, sheets, bedding, uniforms and more, washed, dried and neatly folded. Priced by the pound, with pickup and delivery included.
Comforters & bulky
Washed in oversize machines rather than crammed into a domestic drum. Priced by the size of the bed, and never put on the scale.
Recurring pickup
Same day, same window, every week, without rebooking. We text before each one, so a week you do not need is a week you skip.
What we do not do
We do not offer dry cleaning or hand washing. Anything tagged dry-clean-only or hand-wash is set aside at sorting and returned unwashed, and we call or text you when it happens rather than letting you find out on delivery. Service questions
How does laundry pickup and delivery work?
You book a pickup window, leave your bag at the door, and it comes back washed and folded in two business days, or the next day if you ask for it. Bag Chasers calls or texts you when the driver is en route, weighs the bag at our facility, confirms the price with you before charging anything, and returns it to the same doorstep. You do not need to be home for either the pickup or the delivery.
Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery?
No. Leave the bag outside your door at the start of your window and it will be collected. We call or text when the driver is on the way and again when your clean laundry is back on the doorstep, so you can be at work the whole time.
What kind of bag should I use?
Any bag you already own: a kitchen bag, a laundry sack, a duffel, or the reusable bag we leave on your first delivery. There is no special container to buy and no charge for the bag. If you use your own, we return it with the clean laundry.
Do I need to sort my laundry before pickup?
No. We sort every order by color and fabric at the facility as part of the service. If you want certain items kept separate, such as a delicates pile, a work uniform or a child's bedding, put them in their own bag inside the main one and tell us in the special instructions.
